Jenyeblogs Medical Laboratory was founded in 2010 by Mrs Sylvia Mnisi, a Senior Medical Technologist who has served in private and state laboratories for over 30 years in supervisory training and managerial positions, specializing in the clinical pathology disciplines.
Operations began on a part time basis in 2013 and through focused, consistent professionalism, high quality standard of testing and excellent turn-around time, the demand for our services grew until operations moved to full-time in 2014.
Jenyeblogs Medical Laboratory is a proudly South African, 100% black-owned laboratory. We continue to grow and develop, with consistent and proven commitment to delivering outstanding quality at every level of our business. We have a dedicated, qualified and patient-needs orientated team. with the use of state-of-the-art instruments and equipment from various reputable suppliers, we are able to produce our quality-controlled Laboratory test results.
We are conveniently based in Pietermaritzburg CBD, enabling us to serve a diverse network of doctors and clinics. In recognition of our important role and responsibility in patient health care, tests performed by us have a turn-around time of 1 to 48 hours, to facilitate and assist our doctors in the timely administration of treatment for patients.
